ارتفاع عدد العملاء الأفراد لنحو 10.3 مليون عميل فى اكتوبر 2015 ، مقابل 9.4 مليون فى بداية العام
بلغ إجمالي التسهيلات الإئتمانية المسجلة في قاعدة بيانات الشركة المصرية للإستعلام الائتماني ، حتى نهاية أكتوبر 2015 ، نحو 35.8 مليون تسهيل للأفراد والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، مقابل نحو 34.19 مليون تسهيل فى يناير 2015 ، و30.38 مليون تسهيل فى يناير 2014 ، بحسب محمد رفعت الحوشى العضو المنتدب للشركة المصرية للإستعلام الائتمانى I-SCORE
أوضح الحوشى ، فى تصريحات خاصة لديلى نيوزايجبت ، أن عدد الحاصلين علي تسهيلات ائتمانية من البنوك والشركات المشتركة مع I-Score وصل حتى نهاية شهر اكتوبر الماضى لنحو 10.494 مليون عميل تقريبا ، مقابل نحو 9.56 مليون عميل فى يناير 2015 ونحو 8.678 مليون عميل فى يناير 2014 .
أشار ، الى أن إجمالى عدد العملاء الأفراد وصل لنحو 10.353 مليون عميل فى اكتوبر 2015 ، مقابل 9.464 مليون فى يناير من العام نفسه ، ونحو 8.656 مليون عميل فى يناير 2014 .
و بحسب الحوشى فقد بلغ عدد الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المتعاملة مع البنوك حتى نهاية شهر اكتوبر 2015 نحو ، 140.516 الف شركة ، مقابل نحو 127.508 الف شركة فى يناير 2015 ، ونحو 112.357 الف شركة فى يناير 2014 .
تأسست ScoreI في 5 سبتمبر 2005 تحت مسمى الشركة المصرية للاستعلام الائتماني ، ويساهم فى رأس مال الشركة 25 بنكا ، بالإضافة الى الصندوق الإجتماعى للتنمية . و حصلت علي الترخيص اللازم لمزاولة النشاط من مجلس ادارة البنك المركزي المصري في 22 يناير 2008.

أوضح انه يحق لهذه الجمعيات او الشركات الاختيار بين الاشتراك مباشرة مع I-SCORE ، او الاستعلام عن طريق الاتحاد المصري للتمويل متناهي الصغر.
أضاف ان الشركة تخطط ايضا لاطلاق خدمات ، الاستعلام الذاتي عن التقارير الائتمانية من خلال المواقع الالكترونية للبنوك Self Inquiry via Bank Portals، والاستعلام عن التقييم الرقمي من خلال ماكينات الصراف الالي Self Inquiry Via ATMs، بجانب تقديم خدمات التحصيل ، وتطوير القوائم السلبية
أكد العضو المنتدب لـ I-SCORE ، على ضرورة الاهتمام بتمويل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة خلال الفترة القادمة بشكل اكبر ، لما لتلك المشروعات من أهمية كبرى للإقتصاد المصرى .
أوضح ، أن هناك اجماع بين جميع الجهات المعنية فى مصر على دور هذه المشروعات وأثرها الايجابى على تنمية الدخول وعدالة توزيعها ، إضافة الى انها تعتبر من مقومات الامن القومى المصرى .
أشار الحوشى ، الى ان المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تواجه صعوبة فى الحصول على التمويل اللازم للنمو والتطور بما يؤثر سلبا على نشاطها ، وهو ما يتسبب فى ضياع فرص العمل التى توفرها تلك المشروعات .
لفت الى انه يتم قياس دور المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومساهمتها فى الاقتصاد من خلال 3 معايير رئيسية ، وهى مدى مساهمتها فى التشغيل ، وحجم الانتاج الذى تنتجه ، وحصتها من العدد الكلى للمنشآت فى الاقتصاد .
” تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، تتطلب إنشاء أو تحديد جهة إشرافية ، لتنمية هذا القطاع ، ولضمان التنسيق بين تلك المشروعات والجهات الأخرى ، وتأسيس بنك متخصص لخدمة تلك الشركات مع الأخذ فى الاعتبار دور الصندوق الاجتماعى للتنمية ” ، بحسب الحوشى
أضاف أنه يجب على الحكومة خلق خطة تحفيز ، لمساندة نمو الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، عبر عدة آليات منها نظام الضرائب ، بحيث يتم تقديم بعض التسهيلات لهذه الشركات ، بجانب خلق تجمعات متجانسة للصناعات الأساسية والمغذية ، يتاح لها الحصول على أراض تمتلك البنية التحتية اللازمة لإقامة تلك المشروعات.
أضاف أنه يجب على الحكومة توجيه نسبة تتراوح بين 10 و 20 % من مشترياتها من هذه الشركات ، وتطوير قاعدة بيانات مركزية تضم معلومات أكثر تفصيلا عن هذه المشروعات .
يرى الحوشى ، أنه يجب أيضا تنمية مهارات العاملين بالبنوك لخدمة هذه المشروعات ، وتوفير التدريب وتنمية مهارات مديرى وموظفى هذه الشركات .
